Rental Rates
Check the availability calendar to see if your preferred dates are available then click on the calendar boxes on the Book Now form to select your arrival date, your departure date and number of guests. Click the book now button and this will take you to the main booking request form to complete your provisional booking. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging your booking request.
We will confirm your provisional booking and send you our booking form requesting payment and providing Bank Account details for you to make payment by on-line bank transfer. We need to receive payment by either method within 7 days of your booking request, to avoid your provisional booking being removed from the system. If you are booking at short notice you must pay by online bank transfer before your date of arrival.
You should find all additional information you need on the e-mails we send and on our own booking form. However do not hesitate to contact us, preferably using the enquiries form on the website.

- Minimum 2 nights stay
- Start your Weekend break on a Friday or Saturday for 2 nights or on a Friday for 3 nights
- 3 Night Mid-Week breaks start on a Monday or a Tuesday
- 7 Night week long breaks start on Fridays
- Sorry no pets or under 18's
- Payment by Bank Transfer
- Where your holiday dates straddle a change from Low to High season or High to Low season the rental calculation will allow for the change in the daily rate
- A refundable security deposit of £75 is required and will be added to the total amount due
- When booking more than 40 days in advance a reservation deposit of 75% of the rental total is payable upon confirmation by us of your provisional booking and the balancing charge plus the security deposit becomes due 40 days before your holiday starts
- When booking 40 days or less in advance the full amount plus the security deposit becomes payable upon confirmation by us of your provisional booking
